Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles offers an exclusive dining experience. The restaurant holds not one, but two of the highly coveted Michelin Stars, earned through Andrew’s exciting and inspiring culinary style – combining the best of produce and skill to create the ultimate dining experience.
The Birnam Brasserie, Gleneagles' bistro style restaurant, offers all-day dining, serving the finest French-American brasserie dishes using seasonal and locally-sourced Scottish produce in an elegant, atmospheric and relaxed setting. The Winter Garden and roaring open fire add warmth and a lively buzz – making The Birnam Brasserie the perfect social hub for relaxed family suppers, long and lazy Sunday brunches, and wonderful breakfasts.
The Dormy Clubhouse Bar and Grill, and the new Blue Bar addition, offer relaxing settings overlooking the 18th Greens of The Kings and The Queens courses. It serves an all-day menu inspired by great modern bar food and spicy selections from the restaurant's own tandoor oven.
As well as restaurants, there are three bars and an afternoon tea room at Gleneagles.
The Century Bar, at theheart of the hotel, is a grand bar offering an extensive range of whiskies and serves light snacks and informal lunches by day.
The American Bar is an opulent, intimate cocktail bar inspired by the roaring 20s.
Auchterarder 70 is a new atmospheric oak-panelled craft beer bar and a firm favourite with guest at Gleneagles. Called the Auchterarder 70 after the hotels original phone number, the menu offers small plates for sharing and an extensive selection of local craft beer.
