The black-tie dinner starts at 7:30pm on New Years Eve at North Bridge Brasserie, a short walk from the hotel. Kick off with a champagne reception, followed by a 5 course dinner with matching glasses of wine per course. A Jazz quartet, with live singer and a DJ playing background music will provide the evenings entertainment, and a traditional Highland Piper will pipe in the New Year with your dram of whisky.

If you are keen to join the street Hogmanay celebrations for New Years this package is ideal for you. The rooftop garden offers stunning views out over the City to watch the seven hills fireworks and you'll have a bottle of champagne to see in the New Year. Afterwhich, leave the hotel and join the celebrations below. The package includes a bottle of Champagne, a traditional full Scottish breakfast, and a late check out at noon.
