Gleneagles, has an international reputation for exceptional cuisine and fine dining. Each of the five restaurants has its own style, but the characteristics of all is the use of the finest fresh produce available locally in Perthshire and Scotland, as well as from specialist suppliers around the world.

The Strathearn is a grand restaurant with classic dishes and attentive service — tuck into a tender Angus beef fillet or smoked salmon carved at your table. An evening at Andrew Fairlie's intimate Michelin-starred restaurant is the ultimate dining experience. The French cuisine has a delightful Scottish twist — close your eyes and savour Andrew’s famous whisky barrel smoked lobster.

The lively Deseo restaurant offers fine food from the Mediterranean. The food emporium is like a bustling market, full of fresh ingredients. Choose from tapas dishes, meals cooked in the charcoal oven and delicious Italian desserts.

The Bar is a place to meet friends for morning coffee, afternoon tea, a light lunch, or to soak up the atmosphere whilst sampling some rare Scottish malts.

The Dormy Clubhouse offers the best of British fare. Relax and enjoy breakfast, sandwiches and summer carvery meals overlooking the courses.
